Yesterday was a work day. All heads should be formed and hollow by this date. Carving should be well underway as well as a slow dry. Surface work should be planned for all and starting to happen next week. While you have a week extension : new due date Oct 3rd, we will have little class time next week so make sure you are getting your outside hours. You have a week and a half that includes 2 weekends before the due date. So much time! Focus on details, push realism. Your work truly need to be leather hard for this to happen. And remember class slips can only be applied to leather hard clay.
Look at research and source information, this is a copy assignment so it should be referenced directly especially the one of you need so be from life in addition to images. Bring all surface source images to class Tuesday. Have a great and productive weekend. Email if you need anything.
